Here is the one latest and interesting breaking news arrive from the unofficial source that facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has accepted the Islam and would be known as Mark Abu-bakar. He was thinking to accept the ISLAM from many days and finally he made the decision to accept islam and become true muslim after the announcement from Facebook team that Facebook will be closing on October 2nd to support the World Farm Animal Day.

I’ve been wanting to convert since a very long time. Yesterday, when we finally decided to shut down Facebook for 24 hours in October, i took some time out to think about what actually defines my life. I came to the conclusion that if there’s no Facebook, there’s no Mark Zuckerberg. That’s when it hit me. I was lucky that someone on Facebook had a web app for online conversion, so i went forward with it. Yes, its true. The app also posted a notification on my wall, you can check it out. May the lord be with you.

Mark Abu Bakar is now concentrates more on facebook for positive outcomes and confused about facebook whether to shut down the facebook or shift its headquarter to Afghanistan. Now there would not be any anti islam page on facebook which is very good news for all muslim community.

iPod Touch 5G: Leaked Photos Show Capacitive Home Button & 128GB Space

0 comments Posted by ADMIN on Wednesday, April 06, 2011

According to the photos leaked by CrunchGear of an iPod Touch 5G which shows the capacitive home touch button and 128GB space of memory. The back of the device is made up of aluminum, something we are expected to see in iPhone 5. Either in replace of non-physical home button, a capacitive one would reduce possible wear and tear on the device over time..

Marked with the “DVT-1″ badge found on the earlier examples of the iPod Touch discovered in 2010 that sported front and back cameras, this model has 128GB of memory, is running firmware 4.2.1MC14 and is marked model MC550LL which points to a Mac Pro model as well as a permutation of the 4th Gen iPod Touch.

Looking at the photos EXIF data, one can see that they were taken with a Samsung Digimax A402, which was released back in 2005.

Samsung’s 3D TV experience is getting cheaper: two pairs of glasses packed in, $50 for extras

0 comments Posted by ADMIN on Wednesday, April 06, 2011

As the battle between active and passive 3D glasses display technology heats up, Samsung has responded by announcing its cheapest pair of active shutter 3D glasses will cost $50 (previously $130) beginning May 1st. Additionally, all of its 3D-capable 2011 HDTVs will come with two pairs of glasses packed in, unless the purchase is eligible for the Megamind/Shrek starter kit that already comes with them. This move comes just as FPR-based displays from LG, Vizio, Toshiba and Philips hit the marketplace. LG specifically focused on the cost of glasses as a selling point over Samsung in recent ads that ran heavily throughout the NCAA Tournament (embedded after the break.) LG is charging $10 per pair for its RealD-compatible Theater 3D glasses while Vizio has pairs on its website for $29.99 or two for $44.99.

The cheap pair of Samsung glasses is the SSG-3100GB model with replaceable battery pictured above and while it promises the new, lighter Silhouette-designed SSG-3700GR glasses will also get cheaper, no new price has yet been announced. A 62% price reduction is nothing to sneeze at, but it looks like customers will still need to buy into 3D — and that active glasses beat passive on picture quality and viewing angle like it says in the press release (after the break) — to spur sales of the new TVs.

Bacteria’s disciple improves upon technique, crafts N64 handheld capable of GoldenEye split-screen

This isn’t the smallest portable Nintendo 64 we’ve seen, nor the most elegant, creative or complete — in fact, it’s pretty much a straight clone of Bacteria’s iNto64, but with a spiffier paint job and one critical improvement. Yes, that is an extra controller port you see in the foreground of the image above, and if you click your way below, you will indeed be able to watch its creator engage in some wonderfully retro split-screen Mario Kart 64 and F-Zero GX races, not to mention the obligatory GoldenEye death match and a wee bit of Quake 2. Ahhh, memories.

Federal prosecutors investigating Pandora, other smartphone applications over privacy concerns

0 comments Posted by ADMIN on Wednesday, April 06, 2011

Applications for collecting user information without their knowledge can not be anything new, but not every day we see things rise to the level of the Federal Grand Jury investigation. That happened today, however, federal prosecutors in New Jersey to launch a probe to determine whether smartphone applications have been collecting personal information such as the location of a person without being conveniently in front of him. So far, only one independent developer Pandora and have filed and said they have received subpoenas, but Pandora says it believes the probe is one of the industry, and that "there is a specific target of the investigation." As the Wall Street Journal, the research is also still in the early stages and thus can not result in actual charges, but seems to extend beyond their own application developers. A "person familiar with the matter, " says the Wall Street Journal that Apple and Google have been asked to provide information on applications and those responsible for the application in question, although not publicly comment on the matter at the moment.

T7-00 Nokia surfaces again, seems N8 redux

0 comments Posted by ADMIN on Wednesday, April 06, 2011

This is not our first encounter with the Nokia T7-00, but this time we are getting a lot more detailed pictures thanks to a leaked by PCPop. In short, the T7-00 appears to be a degraded version of the Nokia N8 flagship image for the Chinese market. The phone is identical to the N8 in appearance, except for the capsule camera that kick in the rear. Gone is the phenomenal 12-megapixel autofocus Zeiss shooter with Xenon flash - instead, you'll find an 8-megapixel camera (probably EDOF, like their cousins E7 and C7) with dual LED flash mounted flush with the body . In addition, the micro-USB connector is a new home behind the plastic door that is usually hidden mini-HDMI port on the N8. Under the hood, penta existing 3G radio gives way to the standard TD-SCDMA China property, and the ARM processor 11 receives a speed bump 20MHz to 700MHz. Given the large number of mobile subscribers in China, the T7-00 is confident that Nokia achieved its goal of selling 150 million Symbian devices in the coming years.

If you like the sleek look on the Linksys 802.11n router E4200, but prefer something more environmental portfolio, then latest range of Cisco routers and switches at home is likely to suit your tastes. Gone are the curved grooves and flashing LEDs on the top, but these routers - ranging from $ 59.99 to $ 159.99 - still pursue their usual activities of up to 300Mbps wireless, with additional support simultaneous dual-band in the E2500 and more expensive E3200. Like its predecessors, will also find a fresh, feature-rich Cisco Connect software suite in the box, which promises to make installation and management a whole lot easier.

Also notable is the role of the next virtual connect USB printers and storage devices to the network - the E3200 and E4200 is expected to receive this update in the summer. As for the switches, you have a choice of three new models range from $ 29.99 for five 10/100 Mbps ports, all the way to $ 74.99 for eight Gigabit connections. All these cute guys are in play as of today, and you can check out the spec sheets after the break for all the nitty-gritty.

Corporations Turn to Embrace Jailbreak As Toyota Launches Official iPhone Theme On Cydia

0 comments Posted by ADMIN on Wednesday, April 06, 2011

Since the day jailbreaking has been legalized in US, things haven’t really changed much. Legalization did provide the jailbreakers and those with jaibroken phones a reason to exuberate but that’s pretty much the only thing they have gotten.

Apple, however, continued to restrict the phones from doing all the wonderful things that jailbroken phones can do. If jailbreaking hadn’t provided users with a better experience, they wouldn’t do it, would they? On the other hand, Apple insists that jailbreaking can severely degrade the experience.

For personal interests, corporates continue to oppose jailbreaking with one justification or another. Sony’s continued opposition and efforts to sue Geohot is one of the examples.

One debate here is that if Apple hasn’t restricted OS X users to enjoy full control over their computers, then why restrict iDevices? Smartphones and tablets are powerful devices and they should be restriction-less. That will not only provide better user-experience but will also allow major corporations to be able to develop without constraints.

Based on the stats provided by Saurik, estimates suggest that there are about 10 to 15 million users with jailbroken phones. This is a huge market and occupies around 9 percent of the total iDevice users. Huge market represents huge potential which most of the corporates aren’t looking at.

The trend seems to change though since there are a few popular brands who have chosen Cydia to support their brands. Recently, Toyota has submitted a custom-made theme of one of their brands "Scion" to Cydia. Not just that, they are also running an ad campaign within Cydia for the same brand on ModMyi, which happens to be one of the most popular repositories in Cydia.

This is one of the first steps by a major brand and could be a turning point for jailbreak community. Adobe has been trying for ages to get the Flash on the iDevices but has been left out intentionally. Furthermore, Flash has also been excluded from latest MacBook Airs.

Corporations ignore the huge potential market because of Apple’s stance against the jailbreaking and jailbreak community. They mention again and again how jailbreaking "may" void the warranty, not that it does. Apple knows they are more likely to lose in court if they don’t provide warranty for a product that wasn’t actually damaged by jailbreaking the device.

The earlier this changes, the better it is for everyone from consumers to corporations.
